DIY swingtime/ragpunk band, Robber's Roost, released their album "Swallow Your Fears" on September 21, 2016. Full of high-energy tracks, you'll wanna start moving along right away with "All Alone" bringing in a gypsy feel. The title track "Swallow Your Fears" keeps the ball rolling, with some great lyrical work and some sweet instrumentals. But some of my favorite lyrics came in "Come On Friends" and "Only the Weakest" . The overall sound of the album is very professional and clean. I love the Kazoos, especial the kazoo in "No Jobs".
A very solid album, I would rate it a 7.5/10 and highly recommend you give it a listen. Available to download for free on Robber's Roost's Bandcamp, the band would always appreciate any donations.
